Frequently Asked Questions

For all purchases, customers will need to input a shipping address in order to calculate applicable taxes.

Digital items will not be charged for shipping. If you are still seeing a shipping charge on your purchase of only digital items, please contact us for assistance.

You bet! As long as you have your receipt and your full-priced items are in resellable or unopened condition, you can return general merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that because of COVID-19, shipments coming out of the U.S. may be delayed and may experience additional delays once received by your local mail courier. Please visit www.usps.com and check with your local courier before placing your order.

UW or Cascadia students, faculty, and staff, as well as UWAA and UWRA members can join The Pack Rewards™ and save an automatic 10% every day on Husky gear and books (excluding course materials).

First, create or log in to your ubookstore.com account. Under your account Overview, click on Memberships and then Pack Rewards. From there, just enter your School ID (this can also be your UWAA or UWRA membership), your ID type, and school, and then submit!

You should receive an email confirmation shortly, and your Pack Rewards discount will be automatically applied to your purchase.

We are unable to accept Husky Cards as online payments, but can accept them in person.
